Kiran Raj is a well known face in Indian Television Industry and cinema. He is an actor, model, entrepreneur and philanthropist. His father Suresh M Subbanna is an ex Army officer, currently a shooting coach in Mysore.
He appeared as a junior artist in ‘Huli’ and back dancer in ‘Mailari’. He made himself a fine impression among Hindi and Kannada audience. He has acted in Kannada, telugu movies. His work in popular hindi shows like Heroes on Channel V, Love by chance on ‘Bindaas tv,’ ‘Yeh rishta kya kehlata hai’ on Star plus and ‘Tu ashiqui’ on Colors have garnered him a wide popularity. He has also acted in ‘Crime patrol’ on Sony tv and ‘Aashayein’ on DD National.
After appearing in popular shows in hindi TV, Kiran Raj moved to bengaluru and appeared in a reality show “Life Super Guru” on Zee Kannada. He was part of a Dance Show on Suvarna TV, where he got appreciations for his consistent performance. Later he played the male lead role in the Serial ‘Devathe’ telecasted on Colors, in which his character Nitin became household name in Karnataka. Through his brilliant performance for the role of Nakul in the famous soap opera Kinnari on Colors Kannada he managed to gain huge female fan following.
He also delivered an exceptional performance in two more shows ‘Gundayena hendthi’ on Suvarna and ‘Chandramukhi’ on Kasthuri. His Character as Monty Shetty in Tu aashiqui on Colors garnered attention in a short span. He has acted along with a legendary Kannanda Actor. Ananth Nag in a film “March 22” before making his debut Kannada debut with ‘Watchman. He did another movie in kannada opposite to Radhika Chethan and Sukrutha Nag “Asathoma Sadhgamaya” and a Telugu movie all set to hit the theatres. He has done commercials for ‘Eastern Masala’ and ‘Sensy Homes’. He’s currently playing the lead role in in the ongoing daily soap Kannadati on Colors Kannada.
Kiran loves bike riding and he was into car racing before. In his free time, he enjoys playing cricket and playstation. His motto of life is to entertain people and spread happiness everywhere.
